Jay Hidalgo, a Partner at Jay Hidalgo, brings three decades of experience in helping companies grow, streamline operations, and expand their markets. His approach has always been rooted in working closely with leadership to define where a company stands today and where it wants to go. From there, he collaborates with them to build and implement the right strategic frameworks to reach those goals.
